For a 1-day trip or a 8-day itinerary or more, we can build the program of your dreams to discover the splendors of Wadi Rum desert and Jordan. Our all-inclusive programs include all the comfort and services required to enjoy a unique and safe experience.
Traditionnal meals are prepared every day by our staff and after a full day of adventures, our guests can relax around the fire and enjoy the Bedouin hospitality. Itinerant bivouacs, respectful of the nature and in the wild desert, are provided for the night as well as drinking and washing water.
Trekking
Walking through canyons and open valleys surrounded by spectacular sandstone mountains guided by a bedouin guide from the Zalabiah tribe of Wadi Rum.
It doesn’t require any specific skills, and it is accessible to anyone.
Nights are spent in bivouac, in incredible sites such as caves or at the foot of steep cliffs. We organize it from 1 day and up…

Camel Riding
Ride camels through the desert and enjoy the silence that using camels as your mounts provides. Riding camels is a very pleasant way to be in contact with bedouin culture, by moving at a natural pace.
Price: from 10 JD per person ≈ 14$
Info: Camel riding doesn’t require any specific skills or experience. Our camel guides are local Bedouins from Wadi Rum village, distant of touristic roads; their only source of income is to graze camels and guide for camel riding tours. They will really take care of you, they know perfectly the desert, the camels, they will make traditional tea and sing bedouin songs. If your guide can not understand or answer some of your questions, we will be happy to do it in the evening at the camp.
Jeep & Walk tour
Take the jeep to reach all the Wadi Rum highlights: Lawrence's spring, Khazali canyon, the red sand dunes, Um Fruth and Burdah natural bridges... and discover each site by walking at your own pace.

Scrambling
Hike and scramble through the magnificent rocks of Wadi Rum, using your hands sometimes (and ropes if you don't feel confident) to climb up to finally reach the top to admire the view. We propose to do it in Burdah site.

Jordan Circuit
Buy your fly ticket to Jordan, relax and make yourself a treat by discovering all the Jordan highlights (Petra, Dead Sea/ Red Sea, Amman, Mount Nebo...) with our "full-package" : just tell us the length of your stay, the activities you would like to do, the services you are requiring (guides / transportation / hotels / meals...) etc. And we will be happy to propose you a tailored program fitting your desires ! Our trustful drivers will drive you along and take good care of you from your arrival at the airport til your departure, and will be happy to explain you the jordanian culture. Then, during the circuit, our team of local bedouins will welcome you in Wadi Rum for a real immersion in our desert.

Overnight
Jordan Nomads is a team of local bedouin guides specialised in organizing wild itinerant bivouacs ; you will have the chance to spend an unique and authentic night under the stars, living the true bedouin life, spending time discussing around the fire holding a steaming glass of bedouin tea made in the fire, and gazing at the stars. Best way to appreciate the desert silence and to explore it without leaving behind anything but footprints !
We provide all the equipment to spend a comfortable night : sleeping bags/blankets, floor carpet, tent (if need, or you can just choose to sleep "under the stars" !), mattresses...
Dinner will be cooked fresh on fire ; you can assist the cook by helping collecting wood, or even trying it yourself if you feel like...! Or just enjoy the moment by watching his expertise 🙂
Depending on the season, the best bivouac place will be chosen by your guide ; it could be in a wild cave to protect you from the wind, or in an open valley to enjoy the fresh breeze when it's warmer, or close to a sand dune when we receive family with children for example, to let them play around, ...or in any other gorgeous place that our desert possesses !
